They've seen the ads, they likely know people who have policies with those companies. That gives you an advantage. Sure, your policy may cost a little more than some other agency's, but does the client really know who they are? Can they back up their policy with decades of great customer service?
You'll be able to tout the millions of customers your company serves as a way of letting your customers know people trust that company, and by extension, your agency. Use that to your benefit.
