Using sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or your own company blog will bring you more clients and more sales if you use them the right way in conjunction with the sales techniques you've likely already implemented at your agency. But remember: it's very easy to use those sites the wrong way.
It's imperative that you make yourself part of the community and part of the ongoing conversation that drives social media. Going in blindly and plastering advertisment-like messages all over social media sites is a good way to get ignored or blocked by many users or potential customers.
The key is research. Find out what the conversation is, find your audience and then subtly piece out your message through blog posts, helpful links and making connections with people. That's the way to make your networks grow, which will in turn make your business and your brand grow with it.
